What it costs

Pickup and delivery is included on most repair work over a minimum threshold (typically $150 in parts and labor). For smaller jobs, a flat zone-based pickup fee applies (usually $40-$75 round trip depending on city).

The quote you get up front is the quote you pay. No surprise mileage charges, no surprise fuel surcharges, no surprise anything.

Outside our standard service area? Call us. We can usually accommodate special requests for an additional travel fee.

How much does pickup and delivery cost?

For repairs over our minimum threshold (around $150 in parts and labor), pickup and delivery is included at no extra charge. For smaller jobs, a flat zone-based fee applies, typically $40 to $75 round trip depending on your city. We always quote the full cost up front before pickup is scheduled.

How do I schedule a pickup?

Call us at (772) 545-0000 or email service@scootermotion.com with a brief description of what's wrong with your ebike. We'll send you a free quote and propose a pickup window. Most pickups are scheduled within two to four business days of your initial contact.

What if I'm not home when you arrive?

We schedule pickup windows in two-hour blocks so you know roughly when to expect us. If you can't be home, you can leave the ebike accessible (garage, side gate, secure porch) and we'll text you when we arrive. We also accommodate gate codes and concierge pickups in gated communities.

Is my ebike insured during transport?

Yes. We carry commercial transport insurance covering your ebike from the moment our technician lifts it until it's back at your door. Padded tie-downs and careful loading minimize any risk of transit damage.

How long until I get my ebike back?

Most repairs are completed within five business days from pickup. Tune-ups and basic services can be faster. Repairs requiring special-order parts may take longer, and we'll always let you know up front during the quote phase.

Do you serve outside the five listed cities?

Sometimes. Call us with your address and we'll let you know whether we can accommodate. Service outside our standard area is usually possible for an additional travel fee, and we run occasional routes further north and south on the Treasure Coast.

What if I have multiple ebikes to pick up?

We love a multi-ebike pickup. We can often handle multiple ebikes in a single pickup. Multi-ebike pickups often qualify for a service discount, just ask when you call.
