You can via the Mi Home app, but the app sometimes offers older versions. We use authorized dealer software that offers the latest stable firmware for every model. For M365 Pro 2 and 3 Series, we can also install the firmware most riders want (the one that preserves regen braking and doesn't cripple top speed).
Yes. Segway error codes are documented and we can read them via the Ninebot app or direct diagnostic cable. Most errors are sensor or cable issues rather than a failed display.
Federal law and most states define a low-speed electric scooter as Class 1 or 2 with specific top speed and power limits. We don't program above those limits. We will tune your scooter for best performance within the legal envelope.
Yes. Most mobility scooters with programmable controllers (Penny & Giles, Dynamic Controls, etc.) allow tuning acceleration, deceleration, and top speed per rider preference. We'll help you dial in a profile that matches your needs.
This is why we use OEM procedures. In the rare case of an interrupted update, we can usually recover via the diagnostic port. We've yet to brick a scooter and we're careful because we don't want to be the first.
