How fast can you get to the park?

During business hours (Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm, weekends by appointment) we can usually reach the Jonathan Dickinson trailheads within the hour, subject to technician availability. Call first and we will give you an honest ETA before you decide.

Do you stock common bike tire sizes?

We keep common sizes in stock including 700c, 27.5, 29, fat bike 20-inch, and 26-inch. For specialty sizes or specific tread patterns, we typically receive orders within two to three business days.

What's involved in a tubeless conversion?

We strip the existing setup, apply proper tubeless rim tape, install a tubeless valve stem, remount the tire, add sealant, and seat the bead. You get lighter weight, better puncture resistance, and fewer air checks.

What can you actually fix at the trailhead?

Tube swaps, sealant top-offs, tire boots, valve cores, and minor wheel trues. Anything bigger, like a torn sidewall needing a new tire we do not have on the truck, and we load the bike and finish it at the shop, minutes away in Hobe Sound.

Is this a slow leak or an actual flat?

A complete flat is full air loss. A slow leak is often a failing valve core, a small puncture that can be patched, or a rim tape failure. We find the real cause and fix it, rather than just pumping it back up.
