Warranty on Seascooters

Manufacturers Warranty Information: Sea-Doo’s Manufacturer’s Warranty to Original purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of shipment (the “Warranty Period”).

Warranty on Seascooter parts

Seascooter parts come with a limited warranty. Because of the nature of electronics, all electronic parts and non-electronic parts are guaranteed to be free of defects upon delivery for a period of 3 days after delivery.

The services provided during the Seascooter Warranty Period include, but are not limited to, the following:

Parts: New or rebuilt parts in exchange for defective parts during the Warranty Period

Battery: Battery is not warrantied

Labor charge: Labor cost of repairs will be provided free of charge at the authorized service center during the Warranty Period.

Shipping of warranty returns: purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to and from the warranty center.

This warranty shall not apply if this product is: (a) damaged by acts of god, misuse, abuse, negligence, wear and tear, misapplication, alteration, using the product with an improper accessory or servicing by anyone other than an authorized service center; or (b) used for commercial purposes (including rental).

ScooterMotion.com shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the warranty period.

Some Warrantied Items Must Ship Directly to the Manufacturer

Every manufacturer’s policy is different; in some situations, the manufacturer or supplier may prefer to handle the issue directly and ScooterMotion.com will not be able to offer you a solution as per our business agreement. In any case, we will help you follow the proper channels in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products according to their warranty policies. If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
