Due to the high volume of unsolicited calls, email is the best way to reach us. You can email us at info@scootermotion.com. We have limited phone support and plus we are in the water most of the day and it is pretty hard to understand us when we try and talk underwater. 🙂

To better assist you and because of the high demand of this product line and more than half of calls are non-customers asking for tech support for non-Sea-Doo Seacooter water scooters, we kindly ask that all inquires first be made by email. One of our customer service representatives will get back to you, usually within a few minutes.
