Warranty Information:
Sea-Doo's Manufacturer's
Warranty to Original purchaser that this product shall be free from defects
in material and workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of shipment
(the "Warranty Period"). The services provided during the Warranty
Period include, but are not limited to, the following:
Parts: New or rebuilt
parts in exchange for defective parts during the Warranty Period
Battery: Battery is not warrantied
Labor charge: Labor
cost of repairs will be provided free of charge at the authorized service
center during the Warranty Period.
This warranty shall
not apply if this product is: (a) damaged by acts of god, misuse, abuse,
negligence, wear and tear, misapplication, alteration, using the product
with an improper accessory or servicing by anyone other than an authorized
service center; or (b) used for commercial purposes (including rental).
ScooterMotion.com shall not be liable
for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this
product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All express and
implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose, are limited to the warranty period.
